Cursed Objects (also known as "Cursed Possessions") are unique, randomly generated items in Phasmophobia, appearing on maps based on game mode and settings. Activation requires locating and interacting with them on-site.

Unlike the van's equipment, Cursed Objects offer advantageous "cheats" with drawbacks. Using their abilities (e.g., pinpointing the ghost's favorite room or buffing the team) always results in a trade-off, such as significant sanity loss, temporary blindness, or unexpected "cursed" hunts.
