In a darkly hilarious twist, when one character stumbles and gets caught by the feline horde, they don't suffer traditional zombie-movie violence. Instead, they're smothered with affectionate kitty kisses—though contact proves just as dangerous, transforming victims into cats themselves.
While details remain scarce about the Dead by Daylight crossover, Behavior Interactive promises to reveal which fluffy nightmares will invade their horror game "in the near future."
Nyaight of the Living Cat premieres July 6, 2025, airing on TV Tokyo and other Japanese stations, with Crunchyroll simulcasting internationally.
