Arknights: Endfield January Beta Test: Expanded Gameplay and New Features
Get ready for the next Arknights: Endfield beta test, launching mid-January 2025! This new phase, as announced by Niche Gamer on December 25th, 2024, boasts significant improvements and additions based on player feedback from the previous test.
Key Enhancements:
- Expanded Roster: The playable character count jumps to 15, including two Endministrators, each featuring updated models, animations, and special effects.
- Refined Combat: Expect a more dynamic combat experience with newly implemented combo skills and a dodge mechanic. Character progression and item usage have also been refined.
- Base Building Overhaul: The base building system receives a major update, introducing new defensive structures, expanded factory construction via outposts, and enhanced tutorial levels.
- Enriched Story and Maps: Prepare for a reworked storyline, new maps, and engaging puzzles. Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and English voiceovers and text options will be available.
Beta Test Sign-Ups:
Registration opened December 14th, 2024. While the application deadline and beta test start date remain unannounced, selected participants will receive an email notification including installation instructions from GRYPHLINE.
Arknights: Endfield Content Creator Program Vol. 1:
Simultaneously, Arknights: Endfield launched its Content Creator Program Vol. 1 (December 15th - 29th, 2024). This program offers selected creators access to the official community, exclusive perks, and special events. Applicants can apply under two categories: Gameplay Insights (reviews, lore discussions, streams, etc.) and Fan Creations (memes, fanart, cosplay, etc.). While requirements are the same for both categories (original content, account ownership, link to past work), selection isn't guaranteed.
