Star Leap's producer, Shinya Fujimatsu, explained the decision to go mobile, stating, "Our goal was to make Suikoden accessible to as many people as possible. Mobile platforms are the easiest to access, and we wanted to ensure that this new entry truly captures the essence of Suikoden." The team is dedicated to blending high-quality visuals, immersive sound, and compelling narratives typical of console games with the accessibility that mobile gaming offers.
