The first stage of the PUBG Mobile Esports World Cup (EWC), held in Saudi Arabia, has concluded. This event, a Gamers8 spin-off, aims to showcase major esports titles in Saudi Arabia, and PUBG Mobile's participation has certainly made waves.

Alliance currently leads the competition. The remaining 12 teams will enjoy a one-week break before competing in the final stage from July 27th to 28th, vying for a share of the $3 million prize pool.

Global Impact

While the long-term impact on fan engagement remains to be seen, the EWC's PUBG Mobile competition has generated significant buzz. It's worth noting, however, that this event isn't the largest on PUBG Mobile's esports calendar, and upcoming tournaments might overshadow its impact.

For fans eager for more action, a Survival Stage will take place on July 23rd and 24th. The 12 eliminated teams will battle for two coveted spots in the main event, promising intense competition.
