In Brighter Shores, the Brannof family needs your help recovering a lost weapons shipment. This guide details how to complete "The Lost Shipment" quest.
Starting the Quest:
Find Brannof Hall's dining room (near Brannof Boulevard, accessible from the Town Square). Speak with Cohen; he'll reveal the missing weapons and provide two leads. Crucially, speak to him again to receive both clues before leaving.
Completing the Quest:
To solve the mystery, you must follow two separate investigative paths. Remember to remove any Town Guard gear before questioning anyone.
Lead 1: Captain Shirker:
Find Captain Shirker on his ship, The Vincible (southeast area of town). After a meal at The Delectable Dab (near Town Square), he'll mention a man in a blue waistcoat. Locate this man in the Town Square.
He'll point you towards "The Illusion," a weapons dealer. To retrieve the weapons, you must impersonate "Sam," who has a monobrow.
Visit the hairdresser on Old Street West (8 Silver and 280 Copper for the monobrow).
Lead 2: The Hooked Hand:
Investigate The Hooked Hand restaurant (near Eel Street). After speaking with several patrons, you'll learn about the Frequently Fresh Fish Stall.
Find the stall past the Eel Street Bridge. The Fishmonger requires a Fetid Flounder (requires Level 25 Fishing skill). Catch one, write a note (using Quill, Ink, and Paper from Lord Brannof's desk), place it inside the fish, and give it to the Fishmonger.
Hide nearby and watch; a Furtive Stranger will buy the fish.
Follow him to Monab Row. Remove your Guard gear to reveal your monobrow. Identify yourself as "Sam" to enter. Defeat the Level 30 thief in combat and retrieve the plumbatae. Return the weapons to Brannof Hall to complete the quest.
