SMSBUS Electronic Ticketing Platform

Enjoy seamless cashless payments for public transport across Kazakhstan directly from your mobile balance—convenient and commission-free.

Explore available cities and routes on our official website: https://smsbus.kz

Passengers must present their electronic ticket on their phone to transit inspectors or drivers for fare verification.

Your e-ticket remains valid until reaching the final stop and can be accessed under "Valid Tickets." Past travel history is available in the "Travel Details" section.

By using SMSBUS for transit payments, you agree to our service terms. View the complete policy at https://smsbus.kz

Common reasons for declined mobile balance payments:

- Corporate mobile numbers

- Outstanding trust payments

- No account activity since number activation

- Unused initial balance

- Recent SIM card replacement (within 24 hours)

Passengers can create free virtual transit cards through the app. Regular and student cards feature self-service registration, while other concession cards require in-person verification with supporting documents.

Reload your virtual card instantly using the card number within this app or through banking platforms like Kaspi Bank or Halyk Bank (Homebank).

Required system permissions:

1) Camera - QR code scanning functionality

2) Location - Enables real-time city mapping, automatic bus detection for simplified payments (via GPS tracking), and optimized route planning with transfer options. Enter destinations via map pins or text addresses.
