SYBO and Hipster Whale have joined forces for an unexpected crossover event. Two of the biggest mobile games ever, Subway Surfers and Crossy Road, are collaborating—and the integration works both ways. Characters and worlds from each game will make appearances in the other.
Beginning March 31, both games will launch limited-time content including special characters, challenge events, and gameplay enhancements designed to blend the best elements of each title.

Whether you enjoy dodging subway trains in Subway Surfers or guiding a chicken across endless roads in Crossy Road, this crossover promises something exciting. The publishers have released a collaboration trailer offering a sneak peek—check it out below!
Subway Surfers will host a special Crossy Road Challenge. Keep running to extend your playtime and unlock exclusive rewards. You'll also encounter Crossy Road favorites like Chicken Jake and Mallard Tricky as playable runners.
Plus, a new Crossy Road-inspired environment will feature iconic blue trains and fresh obstacles. Redownload Subway Surfers from Google Play if it’s been a while.
Over in Crossy Road, a Subway Surfers-themed world is coming. Characters like Jake and Tricky dash through subway-inspired settings equipped with jetpacks and magnets, bringing high-speed evasion action to the arcade classic.
Players can collect Subway Tokens throughout the event and exchange them for limited-edition characters and cosmetic items. If you haven’t played lately, now’s the time to grab Crossy Road again before the event begins.
The crossover launches on March 31 and runs for three weeks. According to SYBO's CEO Mathias Gredal Nørvig, both games have shaped mobile gaming culture—an achievement this collaboration proudly celebrates.
