What's The Sims Planning for Its 25th Birthday?
Get ready for 25 days of free gifts! That's right, The Sims is giving away 25 gifts over 25 days. But you'll need to log in daily to claim your prize—each gift is only available for one day only.
Running through the end of February 2025, EA is hosting a huge 25th-anniversary celebration across the entire Sims franchise. Expect updates, re-releases, exciting events, and tons of brand-new content.
The Sims Mobile is also joining the fun, offering two free gifts to players who log in during its birthday week, starting March 4th. And to complete the celebration, EA has partnered with Spotify to create the ultimate Sims playlist, featuring iconic tracks from the game's history.

The Sims FreePlay is taking us on a nostalgic trip back to the 2000s! To mark The Sims' 25th anniversary, FreePlay is dropping content that will transport you back to an era of flip phones, frosted tips, and velour tracksuits.
Two new live events, "The One with the Coffee Shop" and "Reality Island," offer a delightful dose of retro fun. The "Social Town" update adds new homes, a helicopter, and a museum brimming with FreePlay history—a must-see for longtime fans.
