Bandai Namco is sending out emails inviting players to a closed beta test of Elden Ring: Nightreign, scheduled for February 14-17, 2025. Selected participants will be among the first to experience the game's three-person cooperative mode.
However, be warned! Due to the game's popularity, fraudulent invitations are circulating. Reports indicate scammers are sending emails mimicking official Bandai Namco notifications, containing links to fake websites designed to resemble Steam. These malicious links compromise player accounts upon login. Some victims have successfully recovered their accounts through Steam support.

Exercise extreme caution when clicking links. Always verify the authenticity of any email before interacting with it. When in doubt, consult official Bandai Namco channels.
A significant change in Elden Ring: Nightreign is the removal of the in-game messaging system. Project director Junya Ishizaki explained this decision, stating that the approximately forty-minute session length doesn't allow sufficient time for players to send or read messages effectively. Therefore, the feature has been disabled for this specific game mode.
