2026 Release Date
Housemarque's Saros, a PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 5 Pro exclusive, is slated for release in 2026. Building upon the success of Returnal, this new IP expands on the thrilling third-person action gameplay. The narrative centers around Arjun Devraj, portrayed by actor Rahul Kohli.
A Stronger Return
According to Housemarque's creative director, Gregoy Louden, Saros allows Returnal to stand independently. This new IP iterates on Returnal's core mechanics and storytelling, introducing persistent and evolving loadouts (weapons and suits) empowering players to "Come Back Stronger" and overcome challenges.
