Pokémon GO's March 2025 Community Day Lineup and Beloved Buddies Event Details
Fuecoco Ignites March's Community Day
Get ready for the fiery start to March's Pokémon GO Community Day! Fuecoco, the adorable Fire Croc Pokémon, takes center stage on March 8th, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (local time). Expect increased Fuecoco spawns and boosted Shiny rates.
Evolving your Fuecoco to Skeledirge (via Crocalor) during the event week unlocks the powerful Charged Attack, Blast Burn. Skeledirge can also learn Torch Song, regardless of the event timeframe.
A special Timed Research event runs concurrently, offering a Fuecoco encounter with a Seasonal Special Background and further enhanced Shiny odds! Complete the tasks by March 15th, 2025, at 10:00 PM (local time). A separate Community Day Special Research ticket ($2.00) provides three additional Fuecoco encounters with Seasonal Special Backgrounds, Battle Passes, Rare Candies, and gifting options for Great Friends and above.

Pokémon GO has unveiled a packed Community Day schedule extending through May:

Community Day Classic events revisit popular past Pokémon. While Ralts was the January 2025 feature, future Community Day Classic Pokémon remain unannounced. New Pokémon will feature in the remaining dates.
Beloved Buddies Event: Candela or Arlo?
The Beloved Buddies event, launched February 11th, 2025, features a Timed Research with branching paths: Candela (Team Valor) or Arlo (Team GO Rocket).
Initial tasks reward Ultra Balls, Remoraid, and Mantine encounters. Choosing a path unlocks unique rewards:
Candela Path: Poffins, Stardust, Ultra Balls, Luvdisc, Shellder, and Rapidash encounters.
Arlo Path: Poffins, Stardust, Ultra Balls, Pocket Radar, Cubone, Slowpoke, and Scizor encounters.
