In the wild, Steel-type Pokémon such as Magnemite, Aron, and Togedemaru will appear more frequently.
The event introduces global throwing challenges that offer rewards ranging from bonus Candy XL to guaranteed Rare Candy XL in raids, based on overall community participation. Alongside themed Field Research and both free and ticketed Timed Research, there are numerous ways to encounter Duraludon.
Just a few days later, on October 4th, Mega Metagross finally arrives for its dedicated Mega Raid Day. Active from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM local time, the event provides a chance to encounter a Shiny Metagross, and all Metagross caught during these raids will know the move Shadow Claw. Event bonuses include free raid passes, increased XP and Stardust gains, and higher limits for Remote Raids.
