To acquire the Afternoon Tea Decor Pikmin, you'll need to complete Event Challenge missions. Rewards include Star Candy, flower petals, or seedlings that will grow into the event-specific Pikmin. If a Big Flower blooms during a challenge, you're guaranteed a Gold Seedling.
You can also engage with Lavish Mushrooms to earn Mystery Boxes containing goodies such as Star Candy and more petals. The Afternoon Tea Pikmin excel at demolishing these mushrooms, and you can use the Mushroom Battle Bullhorn up to three times a day on weekends.
