He truly embodies the character! Fans have caught their first official look at Nicholas Galitzine transformed into He-Man for the highly anticipated Masters of the Universe movie, now completing production.
The film's social media channels unveiled Galitzine in full costume on June 15, though the strategically shadowed shot kept his face hidden—maintaining the suspense. The post confirmed Galitzine had finished filming and included heartfelt words from the actor himself.
"That's a wrap on Masters of the Universe. Honoring these legendary roles—both Prince Adam and He-Man—has been extraordinary," he shared enthusiastically. "I've poured my heart into this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. While I can't reveal much yet, I'm incredibly proud of what we've created. Massive gratitude to our phenomenal cast and crew."
Galitzine's dedication shines through his rigorous preparation. Earlier this year, he detailed his intense training regimen to W magazine: "Consuming 4,000 daily calories barely keeps up with the physical demands—you'd be amazed how exhausted and hungry this role leaves you."
Galitzine leads as Eternia's Prince Adam and his mighty alter-ego, joined by Camila Mendes, Allison Brie, Jared Leto, and Idris Elba. Directed by Travis Knight (Bumblebee) with Chris Butler's (ParaNorman) screenplay, the adventure hits theaters next summer.
