Monster Hunter Now has unveiled an exciting seasonal update for the 2025 Spring Festival, running from April 14th to April 27th. This update brings a host of new content, including new gear and the introduction of a formidable new monster.
Who’s the New Monster?
The new monster making its debut is the Ebony Odogaron. This isn't just a simple reskin; it's a much more aggressive version of the regular Odogaron, distinguished by the black smoke it emits from its mouth. You'll encounter the Ebony Odogaron in various environments such as forests, deserts, swamps, and tundra. Be prepared for a tougher challenge as it has a more aggressive demeanor and a larger roaming area. During the Monster Hunter Now Spring Festival 2025, you'll also encounter familiar faces like Kulu-Ya-Ku alongside other monsters as part of the event's quests.
During the event, you can collect Spring and Rainbow Eggs by defeating monsters or participating in special Hunt-a-thons. These eggs can be traded at the Event Exchange Hub for fantastic items.
Celebrate Spring Festival 2025 with Monster Hunter Now
The excitement ramps up on April 18th with the introduction of Giant Egg Toys in Hunt-a-thons. Breaking these toys will yield a substantial number of exchangeable Eggs. Throughout the event, there will be limited-time quests offering exclusive rewards. Completing these quests will allow you to earn a Spring Festival 2025 medal, a special Guild Card background, and Spring 2025 Armor and Weapon Tickets.
