Marvel Contest of Champions' Murderworld event has arrived, bringing exciting new content until August 7th! This update includes the X-Magica Showcase, the Spring of Sorrow Gauntlet, bug fixes, and balance adjustments.
Murderworld: A Deadly Theme Park
Arcade, the master of deadly amusement parks, has unleashed his twisted Murderworlds within The Contest. These aren't your average theme parks; they're designed for both entertainment and annihilation. Arcade's goal? A high score based on the number of Champions he can defeat. Players must outsmart Arcade's deadly games, possibly even teaming up to take down his lethal carnival.
New Champions Take Center Stage
The Raft, the Battlerealm's maximum-security prison, is on lockdown due to gamma radiation. The Summoner intervenes, encountering Patriot, who's in serious trouble. Meanwhile, The Leader's gamma-enhanced intellect allows him to manipulate friends and foes alike.
Patriot (Eli Bradley), grandson of a renowned Super Soldier, co-founded the Young Avengers. He joins the fight on July 18th.
The Leader (Samuel Sterns), a former chemical plant worker, gained super-intelligence after a gamma explosion. He uses his intellect for villainy, becoming a nemesis to the Hulk. He arrives on August 1st.
