- Two Legendary pets available to obtain
Netmarble has introduced a fresh contender to The King of Fighters AFK, enhancing the idle RPG experience with an upcoming Legendary fighter. Specifically, Athena Asamiya will make her debut as a high school pop idol on a mission for world peace—a concept that is truly captivating, don't you think?
To assist players in recruiting this new character, an Athena Asamiya Pick-Up Event will be active until October 29th, offering increased rate-up chances. Additionally, an [Endurance] Synergy Pick-Up Summon Event will take place to improve your odds of acquiring characters with the [Endurance] Synergy trait, ensuring plenty of opportunities for success.
Embracing the spooky season, KOF AFK is launching its Spooky Night 1 Event until November 5th. Simply log in during this period to claim exclusive rewards, including a festive Jack-o’-Lantern profile that perfectly captures the Halloween spirit.
Players may also have the chance to obtain Legendary pets “Anone” and “Psybunny” during the Tropical Island Event, which runs until October 22nd.
I thoroughly enjoyed this event when it first launched, as it delivers that relaxing, low-effort gameplay style I appreciate (and likely all busy gamers do).
