This guide details how to complete the "Ill Repute" side quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, specifically focusing on obtaining a flea-infested item for Betty.
Initiating the Quest Line:
The quest begins with "A Good Scrub," obtained by speaking to Betty at the bathhouse in Kuttenberg's southeast after inquiring about work from the innkeeper. This involves escorting girls to the bathhouse and promoting its services. Cleaning the bathhouse before an inspection is also necessary to progress.
The Flea-Infested Item:
After the inspection, speak to Betty about further issues. To help her, you need to drive Councillor Naaz away from a rival bathhouse. This involves discovering his dislikes (through conversations with Meaty Mary, Katcha, and Little Lida), potentially sabotaging the rival bathhouse with chamomile brew or fragrant oils, and finally, locating a flea-infested item.
The flea-infested item is found at Kuttenberg's east gate. A beggar camp is located there; search the sacks to find a flea-infested blanket.
Completing the Quest:
Once you have the blanket, return to the rival bathhouse and discreetly place the fleas in Councillor Naaz's laundry basket (and potentially a clean laundry basket). Note that only one of the three tasks (the chamomile brew, the oils, or the fleas) needs to be completed to succeed. Successfully completing this will allow you to finish "Ill Repute" and proceed to other quests.
