If you're concerned about potential delays for *Grand Theft Auto VI*, take a deep breath and relax a bit. The most eagerly awaited game in gaming history is still slated for a fall release this year. This was highlighted by Take-Two during their latest financial presentation. Alongside this, they also confirmed that *Borderlands 4* will be hitting the market in 2025, though exact dates remain under wraps for now.

Take-Two's CEO, Strauss Zelnick, emphasized that despite the planned fall release, Rockstar Games is approaching the development of *GTA VI* with meticulous care. This approach mirrors the development timelines of their previous blockbuster titles, such as *GTA 5* and *Red Dead Redemption 2*, which also took additional time to perfect.

Zelnick further noted that while specific release dates will be disclosed when the company feels the time is right, a fall 2025 launch for *GTA VI* remains on the cards, despite swirling rumors suggesting a possible shift to 2026.

Take-Two is optimistic that 2025 will mark one of the most successful years in its history, with expectations of generating over $1 billion from *GTA VI* preorders alone. This is an ambitious goal for what promises to be an equally ambitious project.
