Genshin Impact 5.5 "Day of the Flame

Genshin Impact is set to ignite with its upcoming Version 5.5 update, aptly named "Day of the Flame's Return," launching on March 26th. This update promises to intensify the Natlan region experience, bringing not only exciting story developments but also significant gameplay enhancements.

One of the most anticipated features is the introduction of controller support for Android devices, marking a significant improvement for mobile gamers. You can delve into the specifics of supported controllers here.

What Does Genshin Impact Version 5.5 Have in Store?

Venture deep into the southwestern part of Natlan, where you'll encounter a new tribe, a colossal volcano, and fresh characters. The Great Volcano of Tollan houses ancient secrets and a dormant sacred city waiting to be explored. With magma stirring beneath, your mission will be to unravel the mysteries of the "Flamelord’s Blessing" and the enigmatic Little One. You'll also meet the Collective of Plenty, a tribe dedicated to fitness and strength challenges.

Version 5.5 introduces two new playable characters: Varesa and Iansan. Varesa, a 5-star Electro Catalyst user, uniquely restores Phlogiston after consuming food, making her a valuable support character outside of combat. Iansan, a 4-star Electro Polearm wielder and one of Natlan’s six heroes, combines offense with support. She gains the Warming Up effect when a teammate triggers a Nightsoul Burst, enabling continuous healing.

The first phase of Version 5.5's Event Wishes will feature Varesa and Iansan, along with Xianyun’s rerun, followed by reruns for Xilonen and Venti. Check out these exciting additions below.

The Bloomflower Trials Are Making a Comeback

In this update, you'll team up with Mavuika, Ifa, and other Natlan allies to aid a sick Saurian. A new mini-game, "Saurian Treasure Seeker," challenges you to guide baby Saurians through obstacles to collect treasures. By participating, you can invite Ororon for free.

For those seeking a challenge, a new boss, the Lava Dragon Statue, awaits in the volcanic fissures. You can download Genshin Impact from the Google Play Store and immerse yourself in this expansive update when it's released.
