This season's Japanese-themed island offers various challenges, including eliminating formidable demons for high-tier rewards. Let's dive into the specifics:
Demon Warriors spawn near active portals at three of seven possible locations per match. Their locations are:
- Shogun's Solitude
- Spiral Shoots (south of Masked Meadows)
- Kappa Kappa Farm (far south of Shining Span)
- Overlook Lighthouse (northeast of Shining Span)
- Lost Lake
- Along the river northeast of Magic Mosses
- West of Flooded Frogs
Defeating a Demon Warrior yields:
- Typhoon Blade, Void Oni Mask, or Fire Oni Mask
- Void or Fire Boon
- Epic Weapon
- Shield Potion
Forecast Tower Demon Lieutenant Locations
Demon Lieutenants appear near active Forecast Towers. Two of the five towers activate after the second storm circle closes, revealing their locations on the map. These towers are located:
- North of Masked Meadows
- East of the Bird
- Southwest of Lost Lake
- Northeast of Brutal Boxcars
- Northwest of Shining Span
Eliminating a Demon Lieutenant provides:
- Forecast Tower Access Card (reveals future safe zones)
- Chug Splashes
- Shield Potion
- Epic Fury or Holo Twister Assault Rifle
Night Rose, a formidable boss, resides at Demon's Dojo. Defeating her requires a multi-phase battle, involving her puppeteer and regular forms. Rewards include:
- Night Rose Medallion
- Night Rose Veiled Precision SMG
- Night Rose's Void Oni Mask
- Shield Potion
Shogun X's initial location is revealed on the map. Defeating him grants:
- One Mythic Enhanced Weapon (Oni Shotgun, Sentinel Pump Shotgun, Twin Mag Shotgun, Surgefire SMG, Holo Twister Assault Rifle, or Fury Assault Rifle)
- Void Boon
- Shield Potion
He then teleports to a new location, repeating this phase until the fourth circle.
In his second phase, Shogun X appears at Shogun's Arena (a floating POI teleporting in during the fourth circle). Defeating him here yields:
- Shogun X Medallion
- Shogun X's Typhoon Blade
- Shogun X's Fire Oni Mask
- Shield Potion
Successfully eliminating demons and collecting their dropped items contributes to the Weekly Quest: collect items from eliminated demons.
