Authore: IsaacUpdate:Jan 16,2025

Dredge's mobile release delayed until February 2025, but a new closed beta is now open!

Fans eagerly awaiting Black Salt Games' Lovecraftian fishing horror, Dredge, on mobile devices will need to wait a bit longer. The release has been pushed back to February 2025. However, to soften the blow, Black Salt Games has opened sign-ups for a new closed beta test.

In Dredge, players become fishermen in the unsettling town of Greater Marrow. What begins as simple fishing quickly unravels into a terrifying journey filled with bizarre sea creatures, mysterious entities, and the creeping threat of madness on a nearby, enigmatic island.

A Challenging Port

Having played the PC version, the delay is understandable. Adapting such a large and detailed world to mobile is a significant undertaking. The additional closed beta is a smart move, allowing for valuable player feedback before the official launch. This should ensure a polished and enjoyable mobile experience.
