Your journey to confront the Kabukimono begins in the Settsu region. Here, you'll meet the compassionate priest, Shin’nyo, who assigns you the mission to track down these unruly ronin and safeguard the area from further chaos.
The Kabukimono are a band of flamboyant ronin who operate without regard for the law, willing to harm anyone in their path. It falls upon the assassins to retaliate and restore peace to the people.
In total, there are eight distinct targets within the Kabukimono faction.
How and Where to Find All Kabukimono Members in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

Ghost General

This kabukimono, known for his voracious appetite, leads the Hungry Ghosts, a gang of ravenous ronin that devours everything in sight. Follow the clues to the city of Sakai in the southwestern part of the Izumi Settsu region. Head to the western part of the city to the Money Changer District, where you'll find the Ghost General. Given the numbers, it's wise to eliminate the ronin one by one or leverage Yasuke's strength to level the playing field.
Grave Dancer

Leading the Defilers, a gang of degenerates, the Grave Dancer and his followers show no respect for sanctity. From Sakai, travel northeast along the main road until you reach the vicinity of the Sumiyoshi Shrine, south of Osaka. Here, amidst the buried, you'll encounter the Grave Dancer. Dispatch him to his own grave using the Hidden Blade or any other weapon of your choice.
Ember

The Ember leads the Firebrands, a group of ronin intent on purifying the world through fire and destruction. Travel north of Sakai into Osaka, heading to the Fishermen’s District. Further north, you'll find some burned-down buildings where the Ember resides. Exercise caution in your surroundings, clear out any other combatants before engaging, and extinguish his flame to save many from a fiery fate.
Big Sueki

A lover of sake, Big Sueki commands a gang that trades honor for drink, showing no regard for others. To end their revelry, head to Muko Post Town just north of Amagasaki Castle in the western part of Izumi Settsu. Near the moat, use the surrounding bamboo and thickets to approach stealthily and deliver your own party favor.
Chief Cuckoo

Once honorable samurai, the Chief Cuckoo and his followers have now turned to villainy, displacing peasants from their homes. Travel to the city of Katano, centrally located in the Izumi Settsu region. At the southern edge of the town, you'll find the Katano Oil Trading location, where the Chief Cuckoo is stationed. Utilize the environment to your advantage and bring this villain to an explosive end.
Corrupt Blade/Laughing Man/Peacock

After dealing with the other members, you'll face the final three: Corrupt Blade, Laughing Man, and Peacock. Head to the Nishinomiya Shrine, west of Amagasaki Castle. At the main entrance, you can choose to pursue them individually or confront all three at once for efficiency. Opting for the latter, proceed to the Harima region.
From the shrine, travel west to Kakogawa Estuary, then northeast following the roads to reach Takagi Otsuka Fort. Continue east to find the trio in a courtyard near a medium-sized hut. This battle will be challenging, but you'll have NPC allies to distract the enemies. Seize the moment to strike and eliminate all three, effectively clearing the Kabukimono threat.
