Fans of the tactical multiplayer shooter, Delta Force, can now dive into an immersive campaign-stylized gameplay with the release of the "Black Hawk Down" mission list. This eagerly anticipated update is now available to all players, with the mobile version set to follow globally this month. Set against the backdrop of the stunning yet challenging cityscape of Mogadishu, players have the option to tackle these missions solo or team up for a co-op experience with friends. The campaign mode spans a total of 7 chapters, each unfolding in a unique segment of the city.
Chapter 1: Irene
The campaign kicks off in Somalia with the introductory mission titled "Irene". Here, players are tasked with a critical objective: to infiltrate the Olympic Hotel where members of the influential ID organization are scheduled to meet. A white van near the hotel marks the target location. The mission's goal is straightforward yet challenging – capture the ID staff members present at the meeting with minimal disruption to the surrounding area. This initial chapter sets the stage for the intense tactical engagements that follow in the campaign.
Chapter 7: Mogadishu Mile
The campaign culminates with the thrilling "Mogadishu Mile" mission. In this final chapter, players are thrust into a high-stakes scenario where they must navigate the hostile streets of Mogadishu to escort an extraction convoy to the Stadium. Covering a distance of approximately 1600 meters, this mission, known as the "death run", presents relentless challenges as players push through to complete their objective.
