Castle Duels: Tower Defense, which soft-launched in select regions in June 2024, has officially launched globally with its highly anticipated 3.0 update. This update introduces exciting new features, challenges, and adventures.
What's New in Castle Duels: Tower Defense 3.0?
Clans: Team up with fellow players, trade units, share rewards, and access a dedicated clan store. Clan access unlocks at Arena 2.
Clan Tournament: Compete in daily quests against other five-member clans for top prizes. Participation requires reaching Arena 5.
Training Battles: Hone your PvP skills in practice matches.
Unit Overhauls: Several units have received significant adjustments:
- Raphael (now Angel): Re-designed as a support unit focusing on health restoration instead of damage boosts.
- Knight of Light (now Risen): Name change only.
- Forestlord (now Woodbeard): Name change only.
- Riding Hood: Transformed into a long-range damage dealer.
- Golem: Ability range reduced to better suit its melee role.
- Fighter: Shifted to a defense role with a new opponent-repelling and damage-reducing ability.
Visual Upgrades: Several units, including Pirate, Alchemist, Poison Frog, Combat Engineer, and Vampire, have received visual updates, particularly noticeable at higher merge ranks.
