TED Tumblewords is now available on Android. Developed by Frosty Pop in partnership with TED, this word puzzle game might ring a bell—it initially launched on Netflix Games back in November 2024.
That Netflix version, however, was discontinued in July 2025, following the fate of many other titles removed from the platform. Shortly after, Frosty Pop confirmed plans to release a standalone edition.

In TED Tumblewords for Android, you slide rows and columns to align letters, then link them together to spell words. Each bite-sized session is smart, swift, and pleasantly challenging, sprinkled with trivia inspired by TED Talks.
Designed as a minimalist puzzle experience, every round takes just minutes. The word-search gameplay has a tactile, cube-shuffling feel—you actually shift the board itself to discover and connect terms.

Daily challenges keep things engaging: climb the Daily Ladder by finding more words, tackle the Daily Six by spelling six terms to set a high score, or compete head-to-head with the TED bot in Daily Match for a competitive twist.
Topics vary widely, from Science in Movies and the Psychology of Superstition to everyday themes like Health. Clearing a grid unlocks a fact card on that subject, which also serves as a collectible trivia token.
