There's a bit of luck involved here. During your school years, make as many friends as you can and keep those friendships strong. As you progress to university and beyond, regularly check if any of your friends have become doctors. When you find one, choose the option to become best friends.
Alternatively, pursue a medical degree in college. Befriend and become best friends with a doctor colleague. Given the randomness, you might need several attempts to complete this task.
Become a Baker
To become a baker, keep an eye on the full-time job listings until you find a baker position. Apply and answer the job's question correctly. Any type of baker job will count towards completing this task.
Rob a Bank
This task is where the Crime Special Talent and a Get Out of Jail Free Card come in handy. Navigate to Activities > Crime > Rob a Bank and choose your details. Be prepared for some randomness; you might get arrested. It's easier than robbing a train, so consider completing the doctor and baker tasks first.
Murder a Boyfriend
Save this task for last. If you don't have a boyfriend, go to Activities > Love > Date and choose someone. Then, head to Activities > Crime > Murder, select your boyfriend as the victim, and choose your method. More brutal methods tend to have higher success rates, but using an Assassin's Blade, if available, can be effective.
