Battlecruisers is marking its fourth anniversary with a bang, as Mecha Weka unleashes its most significant update yet—the ‘Trans Edition.’ This update is packed with new content that will enhance both single-player and multiplayer experiences, keeping players engaged and excited.
What’s in Store in Battlecruisers 6.4 Trans Edition?
The Trans Edition introduces three new Cruisers: Goatherd, Pistol, and Megalith, each bringing unique gameplay dynamics to the battlefield. Alongside them, two new Buildings, Cannon and Sledgehammer, and two new Units, SpyPlane and MissileFighter, have been added to the mix, expanding strategic possibilities.
For those who love to personalize their fleet, existing Cruisers now have access to three new Bodykits: Longbow Fringe, Rickshaw Scathis, and Yeti Corpse Piler, allowing for more customization and flair in your fleet's appearance.
In Skirmishes, players can now select from Man o’ War, Huntress Prime, and Fortress Prime, adding variety to the combat scenarios. PvP matches have been spiced up with a new countdown start and aircraft trails that match player colors, enhancing the visual and competitive experience.
Balancing changes are a significant part of this update. Notable buffs include the Raptor’s shield build and recharge rate, now increased from 3x to 5x, and the Hammerhead’s health, which has risen from 4000 to 4200. On the flip side, the ShipTurret sees an increase in damage from 40 to 60, but with a reduced range from 19 to 16.
Visually, the game has been enhanced with underwater transparency, allowing players to admire the wreckage of their defeated foes. The sea now features shading effects, and the visual impact of Cruiser and Ship deaths has been improved for a more immersive experience.
