Some absences were expected, such as Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch and Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange. However, the following omissions are particularly surprising, especially considering the film is poised to be a monumental cinematic crossover featuring Avengers, X-Men, and Fantastic Four.
