Adventure Time #1 will feature the creative talents of writer and interior artist Nick Winn, alongside Derek Ballard. Set to pick up after the animated series finale, this new comic series will continue the beloved misadventures of Finn and Jake. The inaugural story arc, titled "Best of Buds," promises to be a thrilling continuation of the Adventure Time saga.
Nick Winn shared his enthusiasm, stating, "Adventure Time was such a huge part of me growing up. Not only was it hilarious, but it had such an emotional intelligence that very few shows could pull off back then. Being able to revisit the land of Ooo through Oni Press has really been such a joy and a challenge to build something new while still keeping the energy and charm the show cast on me in middle school, ha!”
