Game Overview:

Uses a standard 52-card deck.
Players initially bet on the Ante and Blind, with equal amounts required for both. An optional Trips bet is also available.
The dealer deals two cards to the player and themselves. The player views their cards.
Players can either check or place a Play bet (3 or 4 times the Ante bet).
Three community cards are revealed.
If the player checked previously, they can place a Play bet (double the Ante) or check again. Players who already bet do nothing.
The final two community cards are revealed.
If the player checked twice, they must place a Play bet (equal to the Ante) or fold. Folding results in the loss of Ante and Blind bets.
Players and the dealer create the best five-card hand using hole and community cards.
The dealer must have at least a pair to qualify.
Hands are compared, and payouts for Blind, Ante, and Play bets are determined by UTH rules. Winning against a qualifying dealer pays out all three bets. A non-qualifying dealer returns the Ante. Dealer wins result in the loss of all bets (except Trips bets). Ties result in a return of all bets.
