Undecember is launching its exciting new season, Trials of Power, on January 9th, packed with fresh challenges, gear, and rewards. Developed by Needs Games and published by Line Games, this hack-and-slash game is also marking its third anniversary with this update.
Undecember Brings Trials of Power
The centerpiece of the Trials of Power season is the new Arena dungeon, a solo challenge where players battle against formidable bosses and monsters to collect Soul Stones. These stones represent a new category of Growth Gear, essential for enhancing your character's abilities.
To dive into the Arena, players need Spirits, obtainable from Chaos Dungeons. These Spirits not only summon more powerful enemies but also amplify the rewards you receive from your battles.
The Arena introduces a roster of fearsome adversaries, beginning with Ectasis, who wields poisonous pollen and thorny tentacles. The final showdown features the Manticore, a terrifying chimera with the upper body of a gorilla.
Let's delve deeper into the Soul Stone. As a type of Growth Gear, it boasts a unique slot and levels up through the infusion of exclusive Essence, earned in the Arena. With each level, additional slots become available, allowing for greater customization and power.
Alongside the Trials of Power, Undecember is running the Help! Hunters! event from January 9th to February 6th. This event enhances Chaos Dungeons with special Ash-covered Chaos Cards, which drop event currencies. Players can exchange these currencies for a variety of rewards, including Essences and Unique Chests.

There Are Some Big Changes, Too
The update also brings significant changes to the Zodiac Specialization system. Traits have been revamped to offer benefits such as increased weapon range and other perks, providing players with more options to tailor their characters. Additionally, all Zodiac nodes are now visible at once, simplifying strategic planning.
In celebration of its third anniversary, Undecember is offering rewards from January 9th to February 6th. Every player will receive the Zodiac Sprinter, a useful tool for inventory management and auto-disassembling gear, along with other enticing rewards.
