Dive into the thrilling world of Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter, a fresh roguelike card battler that has just launched globally on Android. Crafted by the visionary Kazuma Kaneko, renowned for his surreal world-building and iconic demonic designs from the Shin Megami Tensei and Persona series, this game promises an immersive experience like no other. Developed by the Japanese game studio COLOPL, Kaneko joined the team in 2023 to spearhead this project, bringing his unique style to the forefront.
Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter Has Trained Personal AI Models
One of the game's standout features is its innovative use of artificial intelligence. An artificial deity, powered by a proprietary model called AI Kaneko—personally trained by Kazuma Kaneko himself—oversees your gameplay. This system, known as the Okami System, introduces a false god named Okami who meticulously observes your actions and decisions as you explore the dungeons. Based on your playstyle, Okami dynamically generates new cards in real-time, tailoring your experience to your unique approach.
Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter is set within the mysterious confines of The Hashira, a towering high-rise located in Tokyo's bayside area. Once a symbol of cutting-edge architecture, it's now a sealed-off nightmare filled with monstrous beings. Your mission? Ascend to the top of the tower and confront Noriko Tomi, the president of the construction company behind The Hashira. As a member of the elite national defense unit, Tsukuyomi, your goal is to thwart her plans to overthrow the state using hidden jujutsu traps throughout the building.
