The Bull Mural can be found in the Tombs section of the map, accessible immediately after opening the door from the spawn area, leading into the room where the puzzle awaits.
Before tackling the Bull Mural, players need to prepare by Pack-a-Punching their gun and defeating a Shock Mimic to acquire a Monocle. This Monocle is essential for the subsequent steps in assembling the Ice Staff. Once you have the Monocle, head to the rightmost side of the tomb area, where you'll spot purple lanterns.
To activate the Bull Mural, shoot all the purple lanterns in the area until the light in front of the mural starts to glow. After the light activates, approach the Bull Mural, where you'll see eight symbols resembling Roman numerals illuminated on the Bull.
