The event, running from January 9th to 12th (7:00 PM ET to 6:59 PM ET), offers increased chances to find Shiny versions of the featured Pokemon. Locations include widespread Silicobra outbreaks, Ekans in Kitakami, and Seviper in the Terarium. Pokemon levels will vary (10-65) depending on your game progress. The Shiny rate is increased by 0.5% before any multipliers. Crafting Shiny Sandwiches will further boost your odds. Use a Salty or Spicy Herba Mystica with a Green Bell Pepper for Ekans and Seviper, and substitute the pepper for Ham when targeting Silicobra.
