How to Get a Bed and Sleep in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

--------------------------------------------------------

Once you're set free in the expansive world of *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, securing a personal bed becomes a priority. During the Wedding Crashers quest, you have the option to follow either the blacksmith or the miller's storyline. Both paths, whether you choose Radovan or Kreyzl, will ultimately reward you with a bed to call your own.

In my experience, I opted for Radovan, located in Tachov, due to its proximity to the starting area. Begin Radovan's questline by heading to Tachov. After completing the smithing tutorial, you'll gain access to a room adjacent to the forge where you can rest.

This bed will be marked as your personal bed on the world map, and you'll also find an inventory chest in the room for storing your belongings. Whenever you need to heal up, simply return to this spot for a good night's sleep.

Sleeping at Campsites

---------------------

There will be occasions when you can't make it back to your bed in time. Fortunately, *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2* is dotted with numerous campsites along roadsides and within forests. Be cautious though, as some campsites might be occupied by bandits, requiring you to clear them out before you can rest. Others might be vacant, ready for immediate use.

Once you locate a campsite, it will appear on your map. You can then use the bedrolls to sleep. While the comfort level may not match that of a proper bed, it's sufficient for healing and resting.

In desperate situations, you might consider using an NPC's bed. However, be warned: getting caught could lead to being reported to the guards unless you can smooth-talk your way out of trouble.
