The Roland-Garros eSeries by Renault has unveiled its eight finalists, setting the stage for an electrifying showdown. With over 515,000 players from 221 countries competing in 9.5 million Tennis Clash matches, the tournament has proven itself as one of the premier eSports events. The final stage will be nothing short of spectacular, as these eight talented gamers prepare to battle it out.

Reigning champion Alessandro Bianco, who clinched victory last year, will defend his title against a formidable lineup including Hizir Balkanci, winner of the first Open Qualifier, alongside Anyndia Lestari, Omer Feder, Adjua Thembisa Boucher, Eugen Mosdir, Bartu Yildirim, and Samuel Sanin Ortiz. The competition is set to take place on May 24th at the Roland-Garros Tenniseum.

Adding to the excitement, the eight finalists will be divided into two teams, each led by a tennis legend. Gilles Simon, former ATP world Number 6 and a finalist from last year, will captain one team, while former Wimbledon Champion Marion Bartoli will lead the other. The teams will engage in a series of matches, with winners advancing to the Winner Bracket. Those eliminated will have a chance to redeem themselves in the Loser Bracket, where the team structure dissolves, and only one player will emerge as the Roland-Garros eSeries champion.

Enhancing the viewer experience, the event will be hosted by the renowned French personality and Twitch streamer Samuel Etienne, who boasts over 1 million followers. He will be joined by esports expert Quento and former Tennis Clash number 1, Benny, known as GP365. The tournament will feature a meticulously crafted replica of the iconic Philippe-Chatrier court and custom outfits, capturing the true spirit of Roland-Garros. Esteemed French umpire Aurélie Tourte will officiate the matches, ensuring a thrilling and fair competition.

250 spectators will have the privilege of attending the event live at the auditorium, while fans worldwide can tune in via Samuel Etienne's Twitch channel and the Roland-Garros YouTube channel at 4pm CEST. Viewers will enjoy not only every match but also interactive segments, with special guests participating in engaging discussions about tennis and eTennis, adding to the festive atmosphere.
