Reviving Teammates in R.E.P.O.: A Guide

Playing games with friends can significantly enhance the experience, but every team has its moments of challenge. In *R.E.P.O.*, the tough monsters mean that even the strongest squad might need to revive a fallen teammate. Here’s a detailed guide on how to bring your squad members back into the fray after they've been taken down.

What To Do If a Teammate Dies in R.E.P.O.

When you start a round in *R.E.P.O.*, your health begins at 100. You can lose health from monster attacks or even friendly fire from items like Human Grenades. To recover, you can use Health Packs found at the Service Station. Another unique feature is that teammates can share health by interacting with each other's health bars, a cooperative mechanic that adds depth to the gameplay.

Despite these options, the monsters in *R.E.P.O.* can be relentless, sometimes taking out members of your squad. When a teammate dies, their head drops to the ground, and it's crucial to locate it. You can either keep an eye on where they fall or check the map, which marks the head's location with a small icon matching their character's color. Retrieving the head is just the first step.

Where To Revive Teammates in R.E.P.O.

Once you have the head in your inventory, make your way to the extraction point. Place the head on the point, and if your team has met the round's loot requirement (visible at the top right of your screen), your teammate will respawn with 1 HP. They can then enter the truck to gain additional health, ensuring they're ready to contribute to the team's efforts once more.

If retrieving the head isn't feasible, there's another method to revive your squad members: starting a new round. Similar to *Call of Duty* Zombies, this round-based approach allows fallen players to return at the beginning of the next round. While this means you'll be at a disadvantage for the remainder of the current round, it can be a strategic move, particularly if a new player needs time to learn from more experienced teammates without being thrust into a high-pressure situation.

That's how you revive teammates in *R.E.P.O.* For more tips, check out what Energy Crystals do in this horror game and how to acquire them.
