To encounter Xesht, players must venture into the Twisted Domain, accessible via the Realmgate on the Atlas. This Realmgate is conveniently located next to the starting point on the Atlas, easily found by clicking the home icon to center the camera on this location.
Alternatively, players can acquire HoWA through the official Path of Exile 2 trading website, though be prepared for high costs, as even poorly rolled HoWA can command prices in multiple divines.
How to Get a Breachstone in PoE 2
To access the Twisted Domain, you'll need a Breachstone. Here are two methods to obtain one:
