Palworld, while seemingly a standard monster-catching game, offers a surprisingly deep farming system. This guide details how to acquire every seed type, crucial for building and optimizing your farms.

Palworld allows crop cultivation in various plantation buildings, unlocked via Technology Points gained through character leveling. However, seed acquisition presents a unique challenge.
Berry Seeds
Merchant Locations: Berry Seeds (50 Gold) can be purchased from Wandering Merchants at these locations:
- 433, -271: East of Marsh Island Church Ruins
- 71, -472: Small Settlement
- -188, -601: South of Small Cove fast travel point in Sea Breeze Archipelago
- -397, 18: East of Forgotten Island Church Ruins
Pal Drops: Guaranteed drops from defeating Lifmunk 
or Gumoss 
. These Pals are common on Marsh Island, Forgotten Island, and near Desolate Church and Fort Ruins. Berry Plantations unlock at level 5.
Wheat Seeds
Merchant Locations: Wheat Seeds (100 Gold) are sold by Wandering Merchants at:
- 71, -472: Small Settlement
- 433, -271: East of Marsh Island Church Ruins
- -188, -601: South of Small Cove fast travel point in Sea Breeze Archipelago
- -397, 18: East of Forgotten Island Church Ruins
Pal Drops: Guaranteed drops from Flopie or Bristla. Also possible from Robinquill, Robinquill Terra, and occasionally Cinnamoth. Wheat Plantations unlock at level 15.
Tomato Seeds
Merchant Locations: Tomato Seeds (200 Gold) are available from Merchants at:
- 343, 362: Duneshelter in Desiccated Desert
- -471, -747: Fisherman's Point (south of Mount Obsidian)
Pal Drops: Guaranteed drop from Wumpo Botan (Wildlife Sanctuary No. 2 and Eastern Wild Island). 50% chance from Dinossom Lux, 
Mossanda, Broncherry, and 
Vaelet. Tomato Plantations unlock at level 21.
Lettuce Seeds
Merchant Locations: Lettuce Seeds (200 Gold) are sold by the same Merchants selling Tomato Seeds.
Pal Drops: Guaranteed drop from Wumpo Botan. 50% chance from Broncherry Aqua and Bristla; low drop rate from 
Cinnamoth. Lettuce Plantations unlock at level 25.
Potato Seeds
Potato Plantations unlock at Technology level 29. A 50% drop chance exists from:

Robinquill
Robinquill Terra
Broncherry
Broncherry Aqua- Ribbuny Botan
Flopie and Robinquill are common on Moonshore Island (south of Mount Flopie Summit).
Carrot Seeds
Carrot Plantations unlock at level 32. A 50% drop chance exists from:
Dinossom
Dinossom Lux
Bristla
Wumpo Botan- Prunelia
Bristla is found on Moonshore Island; Dinossom in Windswept Hills; Prunelia on Feybreak Island.
Onion Seeds
Onion Plantations unlock at level 36. Onion Seeds are dropped by:
- Cinnamoth
- Vaelet
- Mossanda
Cinnamoths are found on Moonshore Island; Mossandas in Verdant Brook. Vaelet is a rare Pal (Wildlife Sanctuary No. 1 and as an Alpha Pal boss). Katress Ignis and 
Blazehowl are recommended Pals for these fights due to their effectiveness against Grass-type Pals.
