While some Talismans are readily available, others, like the Talismans of the Divine, are exceptionally rare. Only four exist in the entire game, each necessary for crafting specific Vessels.

Where To Find All Four Talismans of the Divine in Metaphor: ReFantazio
The first Talisman of the Divine is obtainable from the Boastful Shopkeeper on Virga Island. Located in the Dragon Statue Plaza, he sells a single Talisman for 100,000 Reeve.
Defeating Homo Sondro, the hidden final boss encountered after completing the "Apostles of the Apocalypse" bounty (available from September 26th during the game's final month), rewards you with another Talisman of the Divine.
A third Talisman awaits at the summit of the Tower of Insolence. While accessible during Altabury Heights' free time, reaching the upper levels requires a return visit during a subsequent free time period. Note that you'll need to return again to fight The Devourer of Stars, making this a convenient time to acquire the Talisman.
The final Talisman of the Divine is hidden within the Skybound Avatar, the game's final dungeon. In the Royal Garden, locate the upper-left area, specifically the small rectangular section beneath the mini-boss. The Talisman is tucked away in the center of this smaller area.
