While exploring the Fantastic Four update, Marvel Snap ramps up competitive play with its new Golden Gauntlet World Championship Series. Beginning August 9th, this Second Dinner initiative lets players battle, connect, and showcase their skills – regardless of rank, collection status, or preferred strategy.
The Golden Gauntlet Series features free online tournaments with live broadcasts for every event. The competition starts with a 1,024-player Open Qualifier focusing on APAC and Western US regions.

Whether you're experimenting with unconventional decks or relying on proven competitive instincts, participants will battle through six Swiss rounds. The top 16 players advance to single-elimination brackets, with 5-1 record holders qualifying for November's Golden Gauntlet Worlds.
Registration begins July 31st on a first-come basis. Additional qualifiers for Americas and EU/Eastern US regions follow in September and October, culminating in the November 8th finals. Over 300 competitors will face off in a nine-round Swiss format before the top 16 playoff determines the ultimate champion.
