Protagonist Henry will engage in a variety of activities, including drinking, shepherding, archery (both crossbow and longbow), prayer, hunting, and assisting villagers with tasks like finding antidotes.
The game's February 4, 2025 release date remains unchanged, despite recent controversies. Following the discovery of subpoenas within the game, activists launched a campaign to cancel its development. Figures like Grummz, labeled as "agenda-driven" by some, have significantly amplified this campaign.
Speculation regarding the game's content and the inclusion of "progressive" themes intensified after news of a Saudi Arabian ban emerged. This sparked online backlash against the developers, with calls for cancellation and boycotts of future funding.
