Following the successful Helldivers 2 crossover with the Killzone franchise, speculation is mounting regarding a potential collaboration with another iconic universe: Warhammer 40,000. While some doubt Games Workshop's willingness to participate, Arrowhead Studios head Shams Jorjani stated:
"I can say that GW would love a crossover, we're big fans of [Warhammer] 40k ourselves."
This statement has fueled fan hopes for a Warhammer 40,000 themed expansion.
Helldivers 2's premium content now focuses on carefully selected collaborations, exemplified by the Killzone 2 partnership. The developers have confirmed that such crossovers will be infrequent, occurring only when they organically complement the game's established world.
The current Killzone-themed Galactic War community challenge offers players the chance to earn additional rewards based on collective performance.
