Farlight 84 is rolling out its latest expansion, "Hi, Buddy!", which is now available. This update introduces a slew of exciting features, including the Buddy System, new events, and a revamped map, all designed to enhance your gaming experience.

The star of the "Hi, Buddy!" expansion is undoubtedly the new Buddy System. These adorable pets, known as Buddies, add a touch of charm to the battlefield and provide tactical advantages during gameplay. There are two categories of Buddies to explore: Common Buddies and the more elusive Archon Buddies.
Common Buddies are easier to capture and offer useful abilities to aid you in your adventures. They include Buzzy, Morphdrake, Petal Peeper, Smokey, Snatchpaw, Squeaky, Sparky, and Zephy. On the other hand, Archon Buddies, such as Time Dominator and Storm Empress, are rarer and boast powerful abilities. Time Dominator can shift the Safe Zone towards itself, while Storm Empress can summon a tornado that lifts and damages enemies over time.
To capture these Buddies, you'll need Buddy Orbs, which can be found scattered throughout the map. These orbs are versatile as they can also store up to six tactical items, making them incredibly useful.

And There’s A Lot More!
The Sunder Realms map has undergone a significant transformation with new terrains, structures, and landmarks. Players can now enjoy sliding down ramps, taking cover in upgraded buildings, and spotting unique sights like giant duck statues and floating boulders.
The expansion also introduces the Tactical Core system, allowing you to earn Trait points as you level up. These points can be used to upgrade your hero's skills and unlock new abilities. To fully maximize these abilities, you'll need Trait Activation Cards, so be sure to keep an eye out for them.
