A brief teaser for Fallout Season 2 is now online, offering a fresh glimpse of New Vegas.
The clip, featured in Amazon's Upfront livestream overnight, was recorded and shared on Reddit. It shows Lucy (Ella Purnell) and The Ghoul (Walton Goggins) 50 miles outside the former Las Vegas. The familiar sound of a Geiger counter signals radiation in the air. After sharing a look, The Ghoul and Lucy head toward New Vegas, giving us a clear view of the post-apocalyptic city skyline.

New Vegas is, of course, the setting for Obsidian's Fallout: New Vegas and the upcoming second season of the Fallout TV adaptation.
So, what does this teaser tell us about the show's version of New Vegas? It offers more detail than the brief look at the end of Season 1, which makes sense. The city will look familiar to players of New Vegas, though it appears more densely built-up than the relatively sparse video game location.
The standout landmark is the Lucky 38 Resort and Casino on the New Vegas Strip. In the game, the Lucky 38 is the pre-War casino from which Mr. House governs the city. Some fans think they can spot the Ultra-Luxe, but it's difficult to identify specific game locations from this shot.
