**Updated on April 4, 2025**: *E.R.P.O.* currently features only 4 monsters, but this number is set to grow. This game blends the thrill of facing dangerous and scary monsters with the empowerment of being able to fight back, unlike many survival horror games such as *Pressure*. Here's a comprehensive guide to all *E.R.P.O.* monsters and strategies to survive encounters with them.

How to Beat All Monsters in E.R.P.O.
New monsters are frequently added to *E.R.P.O.*, so bookmark this page for the latest updates. Below, you'll find specific strategies for each monster, but remember, you can also engage them using various weapons:
Melee Combat: Purchase weapons like the Machete or Hammer from the in-game shop for 10k to 20k cash. These will appear in your next level; pick them up with M1 and swing at monsters to inflict damage. Be cautious with ranged attackers like the Huntsman. A hit-and-run tactic is advisable to minimize damage taken, and always carry healing packs for melee encounters.
Grenades and Mines: Available in the shop, these can be game-changers. Pick up a Grenade with M1, uncork it with E, and throw it or leave it to detonate for massive damage. Mines are placed on the ground and trigger when a monster steps on them, offering a strategic way to deal with tougher foes.
Monster Brawl: You can manipulate monster behavior to your advantage. Lure a Huntsman into shooting another monster by positioning yourself behind it and making noise through walking or voice chat. Similarly, pulling Reapers during their attack can cause them to damage each other or other monsters.
Robe Guide (Ghost)
The Robe is a formidable shadowy entity that you must avoid at all costs. It will grab and damage you on contact. To evade, crouch and hide or keep moving to kite it around. For direct confrontation, use 2 Grenades or 2 Mines, luring it into their blast radius. Melee combat is not recommended due to Robe's high damage output. Be aware that Robe teleports and accelerates towards you if you look at its mask.
Reaper Guide
The Reaper, a raggedy doll with sword-like arms, spins to deal melee damage. It can be kited or avoided like Robe, but without the teleportation. Melee weapons are more effective against Reaper due to its lower damage output. A single grenade, followed by a couple of hits, can take it down, and grenades and mines will stun it momentarily.
Apex Predator Guide (Duck)
These seemingly harmless ducks are non-hostile until provoked. They will follow you unless you grab or harm them, at which point they become aggressive, flying and biting for low damage but relentlessly pursuing you. Outrunning them or using melee weapons are your best options. While grenades can kill them, it's overkill given their low health.
Huntsman
The Huntsman, a blind marksman with a deadly gun, can one-shot you. He relies on sound, so avoid speaking near him on a mic or walking fast. Crouch and hide under tables to stay out of his range. Melee combat is risky due to his auto-aim capability. Instead, strategically place mines or throw grenades while crouched to stun him for 6 seconds, giving you a window to attack with melee weapons.
