Strategic Combat and Unique Mechanics
Eldgear boasts a relatively straightforward turn-based combat system with diverse strategic options. However, the game's mechanics add a layer of complexity. The EMA (Embedding Abilities) system allows equipping three abilities per unit, usable at any time. These can range from stat boosts to tactical abilities like Stealth or bodyguard functions.
The EXA (Expanding Abilities) system unlocks when Tension reaches maximum during battles, unleashing devastating special attacks. The enigmatic GEAR machines, both protective and hostile, play a significant role. See them in action below!
