EA Play Bids Farewell to Two Titles in February 2025

Get ready, EA Play subscribers! February 2025 marks the departure of two popular titles from the EA Play game library. Madden NFL 23 will be removed on February 15th, followed by F1 22 on February 28th. This removal doesn't signal the end of online functionality for these games; however, it does mean they'll no longer be accessible through your EA Play subscription. Fans are encouraged to enjoy these games while they remain available.

Key Dates:

  • Madden NFL 23: Removal from EA Play: February 15th, 2025
  • F1 22: Removal from EA Play: February 28th, 2025

Beyond these removals, EA Play users should also note that UFC 3's online services will cease operation on February 17th, 2025. The game's availability on EA Play after this date remains unconfirmed, but its core online features will undoubtedly be impacted.

Looking Ahead:

While the loss of these games is unfortunate, EA Play subscribers can still look forward to newer installments in each franchise. Madden NFL 24, F1 23, and UFC 4 will remain accessible, and a new addition, UFC 5, is set to join the lineup on January 14th, 2025. The arrival of these fresh titles should help mitigate the disappointment of the February departures. Remember to enjoy the games leaving the service while you still can!
